  19. Sselroc Limited will always aim to achieve accurate colour matching and quality.  However, due to natural variations in pigments, dyes, paper, media, screens, environmental conditions and the variation in the way different people interpret colour and images, absolute consistency cannot be guaranteed.  The final decision on colour matching and quality being fit for purpose and acceptable resides with Sselroc Limited.
  20. The Customer is hereby made aware that pigments and color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, variation in paper surfaces and uncontrolled storage conditions over time including but not limited to temperature, humidity, damp, sunlight, infestation, mould, mildew, and any other degenerative storage condition.  Sselroc Limited do not accept any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
  21. Customers of Sselroc Limited agree to the images generated by Sselroc Limited during the course of their business, being used on this website, or other websites owned by Sselroc Limited, and for marketing purpose of Sselroc Limited, unless the Customer specifically requests in writing that images illustrating their face not be used. 26. Re point 25, a ‘personal, family & friends license’ permits the use of the images for their sole intended use only, in the case of commissioned images e.g. property / real estate images, this will be specified on the invoice and or the quotation.  In the case of wedding photography for example, the accepted use is limited to appreciating the record of the event.  It also permits the sharing of images, files and prints amongst family and friends on condition that this is done without profit.  Sselroc Limited remain the copyright owners of all such material, and will not be held responsible for subsequent reproduction and in all such cases where Sselroc Limited permits the Customer to reproduce or publish images, the Customer accepts full responsibility and liability for doing so.  Any additional terms of a ‘personal, family & friends license’ over and above those set out here, will be set out by Sselroc Limited when the license is supplied.  The license is only effective when full payment for such has cleared the bank of Sselroc Limited.

This includes the objective of obtaining financial gain through the use of Sselroc Limited’s images to promote the Customer’s business, only via their normal business operation.  It does not permit the onward distribution of the images through any media, for financial gain (i.e. the Customer cannot sell or pass on images to another party for further use).  Sselroc Limited remain the copyright owners of all such material, and will not be held responsible for subsequent reproduction and in all such cases where Sselroc Limited permits the Customer to reproduce or publish images, the Customer accepts full responsibility and liability for doing so.  Any additional terms of a ‘commercial use license’ over and above those set out here, will be set out by Sselroc Limited when the license is supplied. 43. In some cases, due to the inherent nature of working with young babies, children or animals including family pets, ideal photographic compositions and results cannot be achieved due to the baby, child or animal not settling, not being sufficiently co-operative, or not being willing to participate sufficiently in the photographic session.  In such circumstances, neither the Photographer or Sselroc Limited can be held responsible, and the full cost of the session will remain payable by the Customer regardless of the resulting outcome.

  46. Discount for existing Customers: We offer a minimum of 10% discount on all future orders against standard list prices, to our existing Customers.  So once we have completed an order for you, all future orders will be discounted. Completion of an order is when all the work is complete and has been paid for in full by the Customer for the initial order, and the full funds have cleared in the bank of Sselroc Limited.  The minimum 10% discount applies to the full standard list price.  The ‘minimum’ element of this offer is at the discretion of Sselroc Limited and disputes will not be entered in to.  Upon orders from existing Customers attracting the volume related discounts, the volume related discount only will be applied, not both the volume related discount and the existing Customer discount.  This offer, as with all other offers, can be withdrawn at any time.
  47. As a general rule, any special offers can not be combined with any other discounted offers, i.e. offers can not be stacked or combined.  Only one offer or discount can be applied at any time.  Sselroc Limited will have the final say on which applies in the event of a query.
  48. Sselroc Limited reserve the right to withdraw any ‘offer’ or ‘special offer’ or ‘freebie’ (free offer) without notice or explanation, even when such offers may still be advertised on this website, other websites, social media or elsewhere.
  49. The offer that Sselroc Limited ‘may’ reward those who contact us to alert us about errors within the website is discretionary, and is not a promise or a guarantee of any offer.  Sselroc Limited reserve the right to not make such rewards and disputes will not be entered in to.
  50. As is the case with all ‘offers’, ‘special offers’, ‘discounts’, or ‘freebies’ etc. the offer of a ‘complimentary engagement shoot’ applies only at certain times and in certain circumstances that Sselroc Limited deem suitable and Sselroc Limited reserve the right to withdraw such offers without notice. The offer applies only to Customers who have booked a full day wedding package and either paid in full, or paid a minimum of 50% deposit as required, and in either case the sums have cleared in Sselroc Limited’s bank.  The does not apply to Customers of the standard half day wedding packages, or the silver full day package.  Customers of these package may choose to add an engagement shoot or a honeymoon shoot as an additional paid for option.
  51. Sselroc Limited will always reserve discretion on the duration of an engagement shoot or a honeymoon shoot (usually no more than 2 hours), and reserve discretion of the location of the shoot, i.e. Sselroc Limited reserve the right to charge additional sums to cover travel and expenses.  Sselroc Limited will endeavor to agree the date, time and location of the ‘complimentary engagement shoot’ with the Customer to ensure that it takes place at a mutually convenient time and place, however, the date, time and location of the shoot will be decided ultimately by Sselroc Limited. In some cases due to availability and the remaining time available between booking a Wedding and the actual date of the Wedding, the engagement shoot may have to take place after the Wedding ceremony.  Similarly, the timing of the honeymoon shoot will ultimately be decided by Sselroc Limited.  Sselroc Limited will have the final say on the matter as availability permits, and no disputes will be entered into. The offer of any complimentary photography session does not include the provision of any printed material, and Sselroc Limited reserve discretion on the provision of electronic files which may be chargeable in certain circumstances as deemed appropriate by Sselroc Limited.
  52. As is the case with all ‘offers’, ‘special offers’, ‘discounts’, or ‘freebies’ etc. the offer of a ‘£20 gift voucher reward to any of our Customers who successfully refer us to a friend for photography training’ is ultimately discretionary, and is not a promise or a guarantee of any offer.  Sselroc Limited reserve the right to not make such rewards and disputes will not be entered in to.  Typically, the offer applies to Customers who refer Sselroc Photography & Printing to a new Customer for photography training or vice verca (i.e. refer a new Customer to Sselroc Photography).  The following conditions apply:- (1) The person(s) referring must be existing Customers of Sselroc Photography. (2) The persons(s) referred to Sselroc Photography must not have been a previous or current Customer.
