The sizes marked ‘standard’ above are those that do not require any cropping from the original (professionally taken) image, all the other sizes listed would require some degree of cropping.  The aspect ratio (A.R.)* represents the size relationship between the long edge and the short edge, i.e. the smaller the number = the squarer the picture, and the larger the number = the more rectangular the picture. Some sizes are approx (rounded).
